Thank you for purchasing ROEXPLORE products. In order to protect your legal rights and ensure that you are satisfied with our service, please keep an eye on the following detailed rules.

Warranty
1. Two years warranty for all of ROEXPLORE products.
2. The warranty starts from the delivery date from our factory.
3. During the warranty, any defective products can be repaired or replaced for free.
4. The warranty is unavailable for those products which are broken by inappropriate operation.
5. A RMA form will be asked to fill in.
6. Customer need to pay the shipping cost of sending back malfunctioning products to ROEXPLORE.
7. ROEXPLORE will pay the shipping cost of delivering repaired or replaced products to customer.

Delivery Terms
DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX, By Air, By Sea
Customer can designate his own forwarding agent or select the one recommended by ROEXPLORE.

Payment Terms
1. Bank Transfer: Normally T/T 50% deposit before production, T/T 100% paid before delivery.
2. Western Union: Please provide us MTCN and payer’s full name after you make the payment.
3. PayPal: Can be accepted for the small payment.

Sample Policy
Normally sample orders need to be prepaid.

Lead Time
1. Sample orders will be delivered from our factory within 3-5 working days.
2. General orders will be delivered from our factory within 10-15 working days.
3. Big orders will be delivered from our factory within 20 working days at most.
